We invite you to stay in our spacious home! Enjoy your stay in our double home with a master suite, spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate downstairs suite with kitchenette. Enjoy the huge backyard and outdoor seating/dinning areas. The walkout basement offers a second 'private apartment'. Our place is perfect for those seeking a few weeks' retreat in Kansas City, and looking for a home away from home. The space Upper Level: To your right will be the bedrooms, with the master bedroom at the end of the hallway, with a queen-size bed and an attached master bathroom for your convenience. Across the hall, the second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third bedroom features a single bed with trundle option, a giant bean bag; plus a delightful reading nook built into the wall. Ideal for families with little ones, these bedrooms are cozy and comfortable! A second bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway. The top floor also hosts a spacious living room with an extra-large couch, books, board games, a piano for music enthusiasts, and a TV. The open-plan kitchen and dining room create a warm and communal atmosphere, leading out to a raised, covered deck with propane gas grill. Enjoy your meals al fresco at the picnic table or descend the stairs to explore the backyard. Outdoor Bliss: The backyard is a sweet little spot for outdoor enthusiasts! A treehouse with a zip line promises excitement for the little adventurers. Lower Level: Venture downstairs to the walkout basement, where you'll discover a private apartment retreat. Complete with a comfortable queen bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a second living room, and a full bathroom. This space offers both privacy and convenience. Despite being on the lower level, numerous windows fill the apartment with natural light, and a separate entry door to the backyard, along with a wrapping sidewalk, provides easy access to parking. The basement level also houses the washer and dryer, available for guests. This isn't a bare-bones property. This is our home! We invite you to stay here while we travel – so we can promise that it is well equipped and will have everything you need. It can truly be a home away from home, and we're happy to share it with others. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house with a convenient keypad entry!
