The space Nestled in the heart of a peaceful parkland setting, this beautifully appointed studio occupies the entire first floor of a detached stone building next to our family home. The Studio offers an idyllic retreat surrounded by the historic Fawsley Estate which is rich in English history. We are located adjacent to Fawsley Hall Hotel and Spa and 7 miles from Crockwell Farm wedding venue making this an ideal base for wedding guests. The Studio is just a 30-minute drive from Silverstone Circuit and within easy reach of National Trust properties, historic market towns and Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon. The setting is perfect for walkers and nature lovers, with countryside walks, woodland paths and estate views all on your doorstep. There are two excellent pubs just a few miles away. Whether you’re here for rest, romance, or rural adventure, The Studio offers peace, privacy and plenty of charm. Accessed via a private entrance, The Studio has been thoughtfully designed to blend traditional character with contemporary comfort. The open-plan layout includes a Hypnos super king-size bed with The White Company cotton bedding, generous snug area, and workspace beneath vaulted ceilings with windows offering views of the surrounding gardens. Inside warm lighting and elegant decor creates a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and smart TV with Sky and Netflix—ideal for cosy evenings in. If work calls there is an antique partners desk with screen and a cable to ‘plug and play’. A basic kitchenette is equipped with a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Tea, sugar and milk are also provided to get you started. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Bower Collective handwash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
