The Ranch Guesthouse

The Ranch Guesthouse is perfect for two to four people. Off the road, inside the house you will have the quiet restful space you need to relax and unwind. Recline on the patio with your favorite glass of wine or cup of coffee while admiring the deer, quail, turkey, and occasional blue heron or fox wander by. Centered in the heart of Apple Hill and located only a mile from Lava Cap Winery, catch the scent of cider donuts drifting from nearby Abel’s Acres while the birds sing and the goats bleat. The space Located on a beautiful, peaceful piece of property in Apple Hill. Located 5 miles from downtown Placerville, within 2 miles of Lava Cap Winery, 45 miles from Sierra at Tahoe ski ranch, 15 miles to the American River for whitewater rafting trips. Guest access You will have access to home and patio areas only. There is a detached garage and office that is not available for use at this time. Enjoy the view! Other things to note We do experience occasional snow, make sure to check our local forecast in the event you will need a four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. Within 2 miles of the ranch guesthouse you can visit scenic wineries, enjoy a cider donut (or two) at Apple Hill barns, and visit historic downtown Placerville filled with restaurants, coffee shops and local boutique shopping. Or, adventure a little further into this beautiful country with a trip to Coloma, an escapade in American river rafting, skiing at Sierra at Tahoe or exploring Lake Tahoe, all within an hours drive!
