Slice of Paradise in the Mexican Riviera~Marina views & a few steps to the beach

Near Playa del Carmen, only a few steps out the front door to the beach & snorkeling or the complex's two refreshing pools. Many nearby restaurants in walking distance. Golf and tennis. For those seeking more time at the condo or on a budget, there is a nearby grocery store (Chedraui). Great for couples, families, girls' getaway and honeymooners. We do semi-long term rentals too! Ask about long term discounts! Our place is nestled in the Chac Hal Al condominium complex and hosts the best of both worlds: Puerto Aventuras marina views from the huge covered outdoor living room and a few steps out the front door to the beach or pools! This condo is located on the second floor, so only one short flight of stairs, that allows an extra incredible view of the marina! ONE bedroom option includes a king size bed & a matrimono bunk bed. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. Large kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, and adjacent laundry center with washer and dryer. Guests have full access to the entire condo with the exception of the owner's locked storage room/owner's bedroom. You will also have full access to the beach, the 2 pools, the loungers and the shade of palapas and palms trees while enjoying the spectacular ocean views. And yes, there is internet! :) You will be greeted by our property manager at our Riviera Maya home. Our property manager will be able to answer questions you may have. The marina area has a nice selection of restaurants, and shops is only about a 2 minute walk so you won't even need a car. A wide variety of activities can be found or booked in this same area, such as snorkeling, fishing and scuba excursions, just to name a few. Many people enjoy the catamaran excursions, and the marina also homes the dolphin adventure. There are tennis courts and a golf course in the community as well as yoga & day spa retreats. You may rent a car, or take a shuttle, taxi, or colectivos (local mini bus/shuttles). Contact me for more information after you book. Overall, in Chac Hal Al you won't need car rental. You can walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops in just a few minutes. You can also book excursions easily. If you choose to go to Playa Del Carmen for a day trip, a taxi runs about $35 US. Our Chedraui grocery store is within walking distance or approx $8 US taxi ride. (We purchase our groceries and use the ATM here). For us, this saves a lot of money, as it's no more than what we would spend at home on daily groceries/beverages. They also deliver if you want to order on line.
