Welcome to The Village Loft! The space Situated on the second floor, this recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bath with open floor plan combines a clean and unique interior design with modern amenities. As this is a second floor unit, we ask that you be considerate of the guests at The Village Cottage which is our first floor unit also available. You enter the space and climb 14 stairs to your loft. You are welcomed into an open floor plan consisting of an updated kitchen with large island and 3 bar stools, as you walk further into the dining area you are treated to a large table that seats 6 and over looks the living room space which has an electric fireplace and smart TV. The kitchen is supplied with a 12 cup coffeemaker, coffee and sugar so bring your favorite creamer. Full kitchen set up which includes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and can opener for all your cooking needs. Full-sized refrigerator and stove as well as microwave. The dining room table sits 6 and the living room provides comfort from the electric fireplace, reading material, board games, Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. Our on-site welcome book will give you a lot of ideas for dining and recreation to help you take advantage of our amazing location. Three large-sized bedrooms boast a queen-sized bed in each with Smart TV. You are provided with crisp clean sheets and both soft and memory foam pillows. The quaint bathroom provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and additional towels. This is a multi-unit space with a shared driveway and parking. The host lives on site and if you’re lucky you may even get to meet him. If available, he can help start a fire, offer rides to and from wineries for a small fee, give info on restaurants or answer any questions. Smoking or vaping of any kind IS NOT permitted within the interior buildings or a $300 fee will be charged. Smoking outside is allowed but please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays. Parking is available onsite. Interior motorcycle parking may be available with advanced noticed. Please contact that host. Note - We do not allow parties or disruptive gatherings. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am. No pets of any kind allowed. This home is right on a state route located just north of SPIRE Institute/Academy, just a few minutes from wineries, and about 10 minutes south of Geneva-On-The-Lake. **Please note this house is on a main road so there will be traffic. However the space is set back from the road so there is minimal traffic noise.** Up the street in front of SPIRE is a brand-new Starbucks and a brand-new Dollar General for anything you might need. A Giant Eagle grocery store is just a few minutes down the road as well, in addition to bars, restaurants and shops in the area. The central location of this home couldn't be more convenient and ideal for your visit! Be sure to inquire about a discounted rate to reserve The Village Cottage as well, which has an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that sleeps 4. There’s a shared Lounge area separate from the space but on the property. This space provides heating/AC and has a mini fridge, seating for 8, foosball table and air hockey. Enjoy it while you use the gas grill and sit under the awning on warm days. This space is shared by both spaces. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire upstairs “loft” living space and welcome to sit outside at the picnic table or take a stroll around the property. The Village Loft is above The Village Cottage which guests can also rent, see additional units by this host. Please be respectful of downstairs guests. Outside private entrance provides direct access into the space. The driveway/parking is shared, so please park in the designated area. Guests will have access to the entire space, except for the storage room that will remain locked. We offer convenient and secure access for our guests with a keypad lock. This means you'll be able to check-in and out at your convenience, without the need for carrying around a key. The morning of your check in, you will receive your door code and driving directions. The code will be active for the duration of your stay. Other things to note We take pride in our property and kindly ask you remove your shoes upon entry. CAMERAS: External security cameras (facing outward) are located on each end of building pointed down the driveway towards the road. Host has a camera pointed at residence back door. Audio may or may not pick up noises. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or a $300 fee will be charged. No parties or disruptive parties. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am. Shared space of The Lounge is available in a separate building on the property. We do not allow pets.
