Located on the charming Boiçucanga Beach, just 1,500 m from the beach and 1,100 m from Ribeirão de Itú Waterfall, the space is perfect for exploring the stunning trails, streams and waterfalls of São Paulo's northern coast. Small and cozy, the bungalow accommodates up to 4 guests in a studio style (no internal divisions). It features a 24" Smart TV, double sofa bed, air conditioning, fans, dining table and a full kitchen with a new refrigerator, built-in stove, electric oven, air fryer, blender, water filter and all necessary utensils. Outside, there is a barbecue, barbecue utensils, an outdoor dining table and a hammock on the balcony — the ideal setting to relax to the sound of birds and, hopefully, see toucans passing by! 🐦 A few meters away, you will find markets, wineries, pharmacies and local shops. The bungalow is located on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac, where only residents have access. We have lived here for over 30 years and personally take care of every detail of the accommodation. 🐾 Pet friendly: we accept small pets, ensuring everyone's well-being.
