The space This space is the ground floor of a residential house that offers: One of two Private Spacious Bedrooms: - This room sports Queen beds plus one small futon sofa - This room has a desk, satisfying any WFH needs - This room has a 32-inch TV Bathroom is attached to the bedroom with all the necessary toiletries provided Shared general living area with: - Love seat - Dining table and decorated with local art pieces A Kitchenette stocked with: - Induction Stove - Microwave - Toaster - Toaster oven - Refrigerator - Coffee machine - Water Kettle - Rice Cooker - Blender A spacious backyard accessible from the bedroom Hardwood floors throughout the entire floor High-Speed Guest WiFi Street-level access to the space - no stairs involved Residential and metered parking around the block (metered parking is free between (6:00 PM - 9:00 AM) Guest access Guests will have one of two bedrooms + bathrooms to themselves. The living area may be shared with another guest during your stay. The garage will not be accessible to guests. The rest of the house is lived in though so please be mindful come nighttime.
