Welcome to Nath and François' studio, nestled in the heart of the wooded district of Housseau in Carquefou, 8 km from Nantes city center. Sports enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity of the Beaujoire Stadium (9 minutes) and the Carquefou Golf Course (6 minutes), offering a variety of activities to explore. The space Our studio offers you a peaceful and comfortable stay with independent access, ideally equipped as an annex to our main residence. You can safely access thanks to our gate and code lock, with the possibility to park your car inside the property. (We only accommodate vehicles with a height of 2.2 meters or less.) With a generous area of about 30 m², our studio welcomes you in a setting with soft and soothing hues. You will find a double bed, a lounge area, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. A shower room completes this comfortable living space. Guests can also take advantage of our high-speed Wi-Fi as well as the bed linens and towels provided. Small four-legged friends are welcome in our studio. Other things to note Please note that our studio is strictly non-smoking to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests.
