Welcome to our home :) Charming little private house freshly renovated with character located on the beautiful heritage-listed Avenue Royale. You will find yourself a stone's throw from the spectacular Montmorency Falls and 10 minutes from Old Quebec by car. Île d'Orléans, 5 minutes away, will offer you beautiful scenery as well as vineyards, cider houses and other exceptional shops. For skiers, Mont-Sainte-Anne is 25 minutes away (by car). The space The accommodation at the rear of the main property is completely detached and allows for great privacy. There is a staircase to access the accommodation. 2 parking spaces are reserved for you, access is via a code, goodbye keys! A beautiful little solarium offers incredible brightness to relax while reading a book or listening to music. The common room includes a living room, dining room and full kitchen. Everything is tastefully furnished and decorated by a designer with the comfort of visitors in mind. Two bedrooms are available, each with televisions and spaces to store clothes. Ideal for a few days to visit Quebec City and all its attractions. A full bathroom, quality body products and laundry are at your disposal for your comfort.
