Description

As you step into your room, you’ll be greeted by a freshly painted space. The room is equipped with a luxurious 12” memory foam mattress, new bedding, & a 50” TV for your entertainment needs. Venture into the common areas & discover a spacious living room boasting a 65” TV & a large sectional couch, & A gym, washer/dryer. Rent includes all furnishings, utilities and WiFi. The space The home is a 2 story and has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. There is also an attached "mother in-law suite" that the host lives in. Co-living spaces are a combination of private bedrooms and shared communal areas and amenities. The guests typically stay for a month so this is slightly different than short term rental experiences. The primary room #1 has a restroom. Rooms #2-5 share a full restroom and there is a shared half restroom. Common Spaces ⦁ Professional cleaning will be done once a month of the common areas. ⦁ Cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided. ⦁ Be mindful of the messes you make and clean up after yourself. This includes doing dishes, putting away cooking supplies, and taking out hair from the shower drain. ⦁ Don´t leave your personal things in the common areas. It can be mistaken for being communal and be broken or misplaced. Host is not responsible for any personal items that are damaged or stolen. ⦁ Treat others how they want to be treated, and be aware of their needs. For example, if someone is reading or watching a movie, don't disturb them. ⦁ Avoid making loud noises, especially at night when others may be sleeping or resting. Use headphones when you're listening to music, and ask others to do the same if they're disturbing you. Disturbing sounds can turn a quiet environment into an annoying and unpleasant space, so avoid them at all costs. ⦁ Be sure to close and lock the doors and windows securely when leaving the property. ⦁ Trash: Green lid is for yard waste; blue lid is for recycle materials; and grey lid is for trash. Trash is picked up every Monday morning. Set bins out Sunday evenings. ⦁ Garage use is not allowed for parking. ⦁ Parking is allowed in the drive way or the street in the front or side of the house. ⦁ Parties are not allowed ⦁ Pets are not allowed ⦁ Smoking is not allowed ⦁ No overnight guests Here are more specific guidelines: Your personal bedroom ⦁ It is your responsibility to keep you room clean and free of any food or trash ⦁ Your bedding must be washed every 2 weeks. Duvet must be removed to wash. The comforter is too large to fit in the washer on site. ⦁ Notify the host of any stained or damaged bedding. There will be a charge for damaged items that need to be replaced. Kitchen ⦁ There are no designated areas in the pantry. If you prefer, label your food items in the pantry and refrigerator. ⦁ Do not consume other guests food without their permission. ⦁ Be sure to remove and throw away expired food. ⦁ Clean refrigerator as needed ⦁ Be mindful of the messes you make and clean up after yourself. Restrooms ⦁ A shower caddy has been provided to you with a starter kit for your convenience. It is recommended to use the caddy to take and store your personal items when using the restroom. ⦁ There is also a shower caddy in the shower where you can leave your personal items if you prefer. Please respect the personal items of the other guests. ⦁ Three (3) towels have been provided for you in a towel rack in your room. This rack can also be used to hang dry your towels after every use. ⦁ Do not leave towels on the floor or on the shower rod after use. ⦁ Be sure to dry any water on the floor ⦁ Clean up after yourself (wipe counter and ensure trash is in the trash can) ⦁ There are cleaning supplies under the sink that you can use as needed. Laundry ⦁ Limit use only between 8am and 8pm ⦁ Be respectful of others laundry and do not place on floor ⦁ Give others 15-20 minutes after the cycle is complete ⦁ Always clean the lint trap after removing clothes from the dryer ⦁ Only use your laundry supplies and keep them in your assigned basket Gym ⦁ The user is solely responsible for their own safety and wellbeing, and for any injuries they sustain. ⦁ By using the gym equipment, you understand that there is a risk in the use of gym equipment, especially free weights, and the necessity to exercise within your capabilities. It is your responsibility to train correctly and I do so at your own risk. ⦁ The user agrees to waive any legal claims against the host.
