Our apartment is located in a quiet resort, equipped with a with sunbeds, on the beautiful tropical beach of Lagun and away from mass tourism. Close to the most beautiful beaches of the island and near the nature parks, it is just to enjoy and relax. A unique place with beautiful nature! A Padi diving school is available on the beach. Lagun is a fantastic dive and snorkel spot. The space Looking for a romantic and hidden spot, away from the hustle and bustle? This lovely apartment is perfect for couples who want to relax near the beautiful beach of Lagun. The apartment has 1 bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed, a bathroom with hairdryer, separate shower and toilet, sink and hot water, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace. A beautiful swimming pool is right in front of the door. Beach towels, bathroom towels and linens are all available. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and possibly a baby or small child. There is a free private parking space at the house and free WiFi. The key can be found in the lockbox. We provide the code for the gate of the safe and walled resort before arrival. Next to the resort is restaurant Bahia where you can go for breakfast or dinner, and on the beach there is a PADI diving school. There is a local minimarket 300 meters away, and nearby, 10/15 minutes drive, various restaurants such as Kultura Korsou, Shelterrock, Isabella off the beach, Jaanchie, and Dokterstuin. A large supermarket is about 20-minute drive away. A little further away but definitely recommended to eat at Landhuis Daniel, Karakter, de Buurvrouw and De Visserij. Next to Playa Lagun are the beautiful beaches Kleine Knip, Grote Knip, Playa Kalki, Playa Cas Abao and Piscado, all nearby. The Boca Tabla Nature Park and Cristoffel Park are also in the vicinity. Don't forget to take a look at Hofi mango, and especially visit Landhuis Klein Santa Martha for a delicious lunch! Every Thursday at 9 a.m. there is a guided tour at Landhuis Ascension and occasionally there is a market. (Just to be sure, contact us via the website). Willemstad (UNESCO) is a 30-minute drive. Parking space. 1. The vacation home may not be occupied by more than 2 adults and 1 baby or child up to 12 years of age. The renter is not permitted to (sub)rent or give the vacation home in whole or in part to others. 2. Our rental price includes the consumption of 400 liters of water per day and 20 Kw/h of electricity per day. This is more than enough for normal consumption. We charge €6 per 1000 liters of extra water and €0.45 per extra Kw/hour of electricity when exceeding the limit. Please close all windows and doors while using the air conditioning and please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 3. The host is obliged to make the vacation home available to the renter in good condition on the agreed date and time. 4. The tenant is obliged to use the vacation home properly and to leave the vacation home in good condition, neat and tidy. 5. The tenant is liable for damage to the vacation home, including damage to or loss of (part of) the inventory, caused during the rental period, unless the tenant can demonstrate that the damage cannot be attributed to him, his family members or guests. 6. If defects occur, the tenant must immediately inform the landlord. 7. Arrival in the vacation home is from 3 p.m., unless otherwise agreed. The vacation home must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure, so that there is sufficient time for cleaning, unless otherwise agreed. 8. Smoking is expressly not permitted in the vacation home. 9. The cost for the final cleaning is €75. 10. Pets are not allowed. 11. Organizing parties is not allowed. 12.
