Guest suite in Pahrump

Welcome all!! This is an excellent place for travelers to rest & rejuvenate while traveling to and from Death Valley, Las Vegas & in between. We are only three blocks from the main road to Death Valley NP. A very comfortable casita with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. With all the comforts of home. The space One-bedroom casita attached to the main house with its own entrance. Completely private from the main house. There is outdoor furniture in the courtyard (front patio) in front of the casita entrance for you to use to drink your morning coffee or relax and enjoy the stars at night. The casita has its own entrance with key-code entry. The living room has a 55” HDMI TV with Roku with Netflix, Prime Video, and more—a double reclining sofa with USB connection built in. The couch is not a hide-a-bed, but it can sleep 1 or 2 people. Please see the photo. A lift-top coffee table that lifts for a dining or work area. The shower is walk-in and equipped with all the amenities. There is a nice kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave oven, double burner, air fryer, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cutlery, knives, cooking utensils, seasonings, and cooking essentials for preparing light meals. There is also a coffee station with everything you need to get you started in the morning. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a 45” TV with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more. A dresser and a large closet. There is a single foldaway guest bed in the closet, if needed. No Smoking (cigarettes, Vapes, or 420) Inside the Casita. PLEASE use the Ash Trays set out. PLEASE DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND. PLEASE, Use Ash Trays. There is a pool; it is seasonal, open from May to October, and not heated. The back patio and pool area have a resort-type feel, with a Gas BBQ you are welcome to use and outdoor dining. The pool area is shared with the main house. Please let us know when you would like to use this area, provide directions to the entrance, and make sure our 4.5 lb. dog is inside. Please clean up after yourself and leave the area as you found it. This is a shared area; however, we do try to respect your privacy when you use it. We do allow pets. However, pre-approval by the host is necessary. No pets on furniture or in the bedroom; a portable pet/baby security gate is provided to keep pets out of the bedroom. There is no attached fenced-in yard for your pet to run free. However, there is a lovely dog park only two blocks away. Please clean up after your pet when taking out for potty breaks. Please do not allow pets on the bed. If there is evidence that your pet was allowed on the bed, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be added. A lot of people are allergic to pet hair, and it’s tough to get all of the hair out of the bedding. We look forward to being your host. Guest access From the parking area, which is in front of the garage, follow the concrete walkway along the right side of the garage to an iron gate. Go through the gate. The door to the right is the entrance to the casita. There is a keypad on the door for entry. The code will be given to you before you arrive. Other things to note NO 3rd Party Bookings! The owners live on-site in the main house Maximum of 4 guests That is, if two guests are willing to sleep on the reclining sofa and/or foldaway single guest bed. The fee for unregistered guests, without pre-approval, is $50.00 per person. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise arranged with the host. If not pre-approved, there will be a $50/30 min fee for late checkouts. DIRTY DISHES: if you prefer to leave dirty dishes, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $50 additional CLEANING FEE. No parties or events without the host's prior approval before booking. Fees will be assessed, and you are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs. No fireworks ***THE POOL IS SEASONAL*** Open from May to October. 10 am to 10 pm. The pool is NOT heated. This is a shared area with the host. However, we do try to respect your privacy when using that area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at the pool and patio area at all times. Please keep any glass items away from the pool. No running around the pool or back patio area No horseplay in or around the pool. No peeing in the pool Be sure to read and follow the rules posted on the signs in the pool area.
