HOUSE RULES: – Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM – Please remove shoes in house at front door – Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house or on the property – No guns/weapons/illegal substances in the house – Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another person. – Any violation of these rules gives us the right to cancel the reservation, even after check-in. – No overloading Washer/Dryer – No loud music or parties – NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT – Lights and A/C must been turned off when not using the space or not on the property – If the landlord has any safety or noise and property concerns this is considered an emergency, therefore they are entitled to enter the space to ensure no one’s safety is in danger and to avoid damage to the property.
