Perfectly located in close proximity to the Ashtabula Harbor District, SPIRE Institute, Geneva on the Lake, covered bridges and the Grand River Valley Wine region. The space This home is the quintessential lake cottage featuring three bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, an enclosed front porch with views of Lake Erie and an outdoor shower! The primary bedroom has a half-bath attached. Laundry facilities are also available. The cottage is cozy and quaint, a perfect retreat for a small group of friends, a family or a couple. Guests will enjoy the sounds and the breeze off the lake and may spot the bald eagle that frequently soars over the bluff. A truly relaxed setting is complimented by a tastefully decorated home with furnishings and all the extras to ensure your comfort. The fully appointed kitchen offers an opportunity to cook your own meals at the cottage. You will find kitchen basics such as olive oil, salt & pepper, some herbs & spices, coffee filters, condiments and filtered water for your use. A mini fridge is also available for extra drinks, snacks or necessities. The spacious living room allows guests to relax together watching television or movies, playing games, reading together or simply enjoy each other’s company. The front porch is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or tea.
