Chaney Farms/Oak Ridge Silo

Newly built silo. Home is situated on a small oak ridge overlooking a working field. Silo was designed and constructed by owner (Tim). Floor downstairs is stamped concrete. Upstairs floor is wood. Mini kitchen features a microwave, mini fridge, few dishes, toaster, blender, & Keurig coffee pot with pods. There is no stove, but we do have a small grill on the front porch. (Charcoal not provided) We only rent to guests with 5 stars & No locals! Only registered guests are allowed. The space We are located in the country, on property with 2 other air bnb homes. You will enter through a field road to reach the silo. Please remember you are in the woods & need to watch for snakes, etc. With all of the trees surrounding the home, you may also see a spider or two. Only registered guests! No visitors Guest access You will be located on property with 2 other Air bnb homes. They are separated in space by trees. You will enter through a field road & be nestled in the trees. Other things to note Absolutely NO SMOKING!! NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND! *We only rent to established guests with 5 stars. * NO locals, please Only registered guests are alowed- no parties, events, etc. No visitors! Guests with pets: we do charge a per pet fee (allow only 2 pets). *Long-haired pets or shedding pets will be charged more.* We also require them to be crated at ANY point they are left alone. Please also use pooper scooper in yard. You are responsible for any damages from pets. Please note: outside video surveillance in use
