Newly renovated two bedroom cottage with loft just outside Littleton, NH. Full gut renovation with modern finishes, central AC/heat, high end furniture, dishwasher/disposal, and parking. Open concept kitchen and living area with good sized bedrooms and screened in porch. Large yard with fire pit and gas grill. Located centrally to Cannon, Bretton Woods, Mt. Washington, downtown Littleton. Walking distance to Reklis Brewery, Super Secret Ice Cream, and other cafes and restaurants. The space This 1000 sq. ft. cottage has two equally sized bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a king mattress, both with closets. The mattresses are both very comfortable (we've slept on them ourselves). There is an additional sleeping area in the loft above the living space, accessed by a built-in ladder. Please be aware that use of the loft is at your own risk. The kitchen is large and fully applianced, with all the utensils you'll need for cooking almost any meal you'd like! The kitchen opens to the living area and has a two seat breakfast bar. The living area can comfortably sit 5-6 people and has a lift top table since we don't have a formal dining area. The bathroom is a contemporary design with a full tub, shelves, hooks, and a normal sized vanity. There is a screened in porch with patio furniture, a full sized grill, exterior lighting, and a large yard with fire pit. Guest access You'll have use of the full cottage and yard. Please be aware that there is a main house in front with tenants, so you may see others in the driveway or around the yard. You will also have access to the basement of the main house where the laundry is located. Other things to note IMPORTANT: We have resident bears in the area from March - November. It's VERY important to not leave any food in the yard, on the grill, or on the screened in porch. They are docile and afraid of humans but if they smell food they will go for it! The laundry is located in the basement of the front house, which you will have access to. If you have five people, there is a loft space with an additional full mattress. This space is accessed by a vertical ladder and is at your OWN RISK. If you plan to use the loft, please note that you must climb a ladder to get up and down.
