Architectural house on Lake Attersee with swimming area and buoy

Modern architectural house on Lake Attersee (Litzberg) with access to the lake, buoy for your own boat or standup and garden. Child-friendly with Bugaboo travel cot & TripTrap chair. All destinations of the beautiful Salzkammergut (Salzburg, Bad Isch, Aussseerland, Traunstein, Mondsee, Wolfgangsee, Schafberg, etc.) can be reached in 30-60 minutes. All shopping facilities are within 10 minutes. On request, a visit or a riding lesson can be arranged at a nearby riding stable. The space The house is only a 3-minute walk from the crystal clear Attersee and has a bathing area where you can go swimming "almost privately". During the summer months, you share the swimming area with a few other guests. But for the rest of the year, you are mostly alone there and can dangle your feet from the jetty into the lake on a blanket. If you wish, you can hang your boat or a standup paddleboard on the nearby buoy and explore the lake from there at any time. After swimming in the lake, you can end the evening on the terrace in the garden or go to one of the nearby restaurants. We are happy to give you a few recommendations. If desired, two Icelandic horses can be petted on a nearby farm or those who dare or are experienced in dealing with horses can also go for a walk. The stable also offers riding lessons, which we will be happy to organize for you. The house is mainly equipped with beds and mattresses from Grüne Erde GmbH. And Scandinavian-inspired! The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven and refrigerator from Bulthaup. If you like to drink coffee, you can use a Nespresso machine and the associated milk frother. A washing machine, microwave and vacuum cleaner are also in the laundry room of the house. For small children there is a playpen in the house. There is also a travel bed from Bugaboo and a Trip Trap high chair. Dogs are welcome. The house is equipped with a fence all around, so you can let your dog run in the garden. (Of course, we cannot guarantee that your four-legged friend will not discover a way to escape - Some breeds are very imaginative ;) For your information: we have noticed that the expectations are very different: if you expect a 5-star hotel with ironed linen and a garden like in a castle park, please refrain from our house. We take care of it naturally and lovingly take care of every guest and our house. But we can't provide hotel service. Thank you for your understanding. IMPORTANT: As this is a bathing area, only 2 people are allowed to be there at the same time. The public swimming area is only a 5-minute walk from the house and can of course be visited with all persons for FREE.
