Smart TV with the ability to connect to your streaming subscriptions. Bedside lamps and power outlets. -Bathroom with shower stall (and shower seat). Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Vanity with sink and mirror. Toilet with grab bar. Hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper provided. -Washer / Dryer with 1-2 laundry pods provided. -Full Kitchen with brand new refrigerator and electric oven/ stove top. Nespresso machine, Keurig and electric kettle. Some Nespresso pods, k cups, teas, sugars, creamer packets provided to get you started. Dishwasher and 1-2 dishwasher pods provided. Hand and dish soap. Cabinets and drawers stocked with plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, etc. -Mudroom with outdoor towels (for picnics or lake days) and plenty of space to hang jackets and store shoes. -Dining Room with wood dining table and 8 leather seats. -Living Room with oversized super comfy couch. Smart TV can connect to your streaming apps and is on a full swivel mount to be seen from all couch seats. Electric fireplace for cozy nights (can be used with or without heat). *For babies, a pack n play with mattress and sheet, a highchair and a baby gate is available to be used. For dogs, dog bowls and a towel available. SECOND FLOOR -Upstairs primary with queen bed, round swivel chair with reading light, 2 closets, and drawers for storage. Bedside tables with lights and USB/ plug power cubes. Full length mirror. -Third bedroom with queen bed, closet and storage drawers. Full length mirror. There is no fence on one side but there are trees dividing us and our neighbor. All bed linens provided. Towels and washcloths provided for each guest. 8 outdoor towels (for picnics or lake days) provided in mudroom. Guest access The entire home, garage and backyard is yours to use for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Gallant Fox is located in the heart of Saratoga Springs. We ask that you respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. The backyard is fenced at the on the street side with a tree line at the back. There is no fence between us and our next door neighbor, but there are trees. If traveling with a dog/dogs, please ensure they do not wander onto neighboring properties. Why is the house called Gallant Fox? In 1930, the year this house was built, Gallant Fox was a Thoroughbred race horse who won the Triple Crown: the Kentucky Derby, the Belmont Stakes and Preakness Stakes. That year, he was also the clear favorite to win the Travers Stakes at Saratoga Race Course, but was defeated in a surprise upset by the 100-1 odds, Jim Dandy. A good reminder that anything can happen in Saratoga! #BetTheLongshot
