There are also ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. It does help to close windows before 8:00 am to keep hot air out. This is a family home in a quiet area of part time and full time residents. Large party crowds are not welcome. One pet may be allowed if we are notified and breed is accepted with an extra fee of $150. There is no fenced yard and you must clean up after your pet.
