Kaya Cottage - 2 bedroom cottage by the seaside

Welcome to Kaya Cottage in the heart of Belmont, a friendly fishing village! The property neighbours the famous Peter Tosh mausoleum and is perched on the seafront, with direct access to the sandy, white beach and undisturbed views of the horizon and those breathtaking sunsets! Perfect for those passing through on the A2, and for those who want to stay longer and explore the local area, bars, and culture, or to just simply 'be'. Kaya is a home from home, right by the sea! The space Entire cottage - sleeps 4. Direct access to the beach, short walk to bars, shops and local restaurants. The cottage is modest in size, clean, and modern with all brand new appliances and furniture. The living area has a large U-shaped sofa perfect for lounging on. Super-fast broadband with FLOW! All mattresses are brand new. The kitchen comes fitted with a 4 ring gas stove and oven, fridge freezer, blender, toaster, kettle and all utensils. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and condiments are provided. There is a washing machine for guest use. There is an option to cook outside on the BBQ. Tap water is drinkable. The cottage has natural AC from the sea breeze, which blows right through the house. All doors and windows can be opened to fully appreciate this, with the added security of grills on all doors and windows. There is also a fan in each room. Guest services include (all optional at a rate to be discussed): *Airport pick up/drop off * A local chef to prepare and cook meals upon request * Change over (included every 3 days) all we ask is a gratuity for the housekeeper to be left at the end of stay. * Tailored private tours and taxis * Fishing trips with local fishermen * Trips/shopping lists to local supermarkets for groceries Kaya Cottage Is perfectly located on the SW coastal highway for access to lots of attractions and places to visit! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property, and Kaya has a large rear yard, perfectly shaded from the sun by mango trees and breadfruit trees! It is a space to chill, read and meditate in peace! This area is private for guests. There is a resident who lives at the rear of the property, Cutter, he is groundsman/security for the property, a very nice man, but he will never enter into any personal private areas/space where guests are present. Other things to note This property is situated on the main road, with a very short walk to local amenities. Clockins' shop for essentials, Empress cooks the most delicious Ital food, HP's fruit and veg stall for the freshest produce and "smoodies" opposite the beach, Shelly's bar on the beach, Tanyas cookshop on the beach. Luna Sea Inn is a short walk for great cocktails and food and Blue Ocean venue for live music on the weekend! This area lets you relax, get to know the locals, and apprecia'love' Jamaica, unspoilt, no hassle or hustle, just friends you haven't met yet! Care must be taken crossing the road to the beach (which is 5 metres from the cottage) and walking the road side, as it is a highway. For the majority its 'no problem' just take your time.
