This quiet rental is located less than 2 miles south of downtown Bingham and offers direct snowmobile access to the Kennebec Valley Trail with plenty of parking. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and coffee supplies. Both bedrooms have queen beds with clean linens. The full bath is stocked with towels. The rental does not have cable, but there is wifi for streaming and smart Tvs throughout the home. Guests are welcome to snowshoe across the street. Shoes are available for rental. The space This is a private trailer located on a two-home driveway. The property owner lives at the end. The rental is not visible from their home, but it is a shared driveway. This rental is located on a beautiful field with fruit trees and honeybees. The KVT can be accessed via the field. Please respect the homeowners and keep the speed and noise to a minimum. Stay on the trail and do not ride around their property. During the warmer seasons, nature lovers can enjoy the private field across the street with a trail through the woods along a babbling brook or for a truly unique experience, ask about helping the owner feed his rainbow trout in the evenings. During the winter, the field can be used for non-motorized activities. The rental does not offer direct trail access for ATV. There is not a fire pit. The front deck has a gas grill. Fireworks are not allowed at this property. Guest access The large field across the street is available to guests. Bring your snowshoes or rent them from us. The field and wood line are perfect for exploring and getting a feel for the shoes. Guests are also welcome to explore a 200 acre lot filled with winding roads and trails that is just a few miles from the rental. Just reach out and I can give you directions. This property is not for motorized use. The garage next to the trailer is not for guest use. Please do not park in front of it during snowstorms. There is space to park at least one vehicle directly in front of the trailer and plenty of room for more vehicles or trailers across the driveway. Please do not block the driveway. Other things to note The owner has honeybees. During the warm months, you may see them. They are friendly but if you are allergic, this may not be an ideal rental. The owner has 2 medium sized very friendly dogs named Sophie and Cadella. They know they are not supposed to visit you at the rental, but there is always the chance they could sneak up to say hello. So, this may not be an ideal rental if you are afraid of dogs.
