A unique looking, 4-bedroom, 3-story rowhouse comfortably sleeps 8 - Ideal for a large family or a friend group. With a Walk Score of 92 out of 100, Mullock House is a walker’s paradise. This historic home has been in my family since 1958 and painstaking renovated by me, keeping a modest charm but adding the conveniences we are all accustomed to. The space Take an early morning stroll through Bannerman Park, listen to the bells of Basilica Cathedral just steps away. Grab a fresh loaf of bread from the Georgestown Bakery or a morning coffee at The Parlour on nearby Military Road. Wander around the historic streets while the city sleeps. Immerse yourself in the charm of this unique city. Once you step outside, this unique historic home is walking distance to the Ecclesiastical District, the Rooms, George Street, Government House, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, world renowned hikes, pubs, restaurants, shops, and the excitement of the downtown core. This comfortable row house will have you wanting to stay longer. Upon entrance, the main floor features a cozy living room complete with a 46” Smart TV, fully equipped eat-in kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher) with laundry. You will find a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster & microwave. Coffee, tea, and basic essentials are provided to get your stay started on the right foot. Ascending the stairs to the second floor, you'll first discover the guest bedroom complete with double bed, closet and luggage table. Continue down the hall you will find the main bedroom complete with queen bed, closet, luggage table and iron. All bedrooms are equipped with USB chargers. The Bathroom is located next to the main bedroom stocked with towels, hair dryer and shampoo. From here continue up the stairs to the third floor and you will find a third bedroom with two twin beds and the fourth with a double bed. From this vantage point you will have a wonderful panoramic view over the city’s rooftops as well as the historic centre of St. John’s including the Basilica Cathedral, St. Bonaventure's College, The Narrows and Signal Hill. Daily errands do not require a car as all amenities and the downtown core is reachable by foot. Guest access This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and have access to everything. Other things to note We offer a base price for 4 guests. Additional guests pay $20 per person per night. Like most downtown homes in St John’s, there are stairs. If you have mobility issues please note there are two staircases each with 13 steps that could prove difficult. Entrance key code will be given in advance of arrival. Permit free street parking is available. There is no air conditioning, however we do have portable fans. Snow removal will be taken care of for the guest if it snows during their stay. Please allow 24 hours to have the snow removed. Registration Details 6117
