Very cozy house, with a patio from which to see the sea. A 5-minute walk to Albufereta beach. Perfectly connected by bus (stop right above), and tram (stop 5 minutes away). I live very close by, so if you need anything, I'll be happy to help. Guest access The patio is a community area, although it is for the use and enjoyment of the ground floor, so guests can enjoy it practically exclusively, since it is not a transit area, but please use it responsibly, being respectful and polite. Of course, you can't make a scene or engage in uncivil behavior.
