My Grandparents' House has belonged to our family for over 200 years, having originally belonged to my great-great-grandfather. Over the generations, the house has maintained its original style, and we have sought to preserve its authenticity as much as possible. Throughout the property, including inside the house, you will find furniture, objects, and memories that were part of the history and the people who lived here over time. The space Casa dos Meus Avós is a cozy and family-friendly space, ideal for those looking for tranquility and comfort close to Porto and the beaches in the Gaia and Espinho area. The property features private indoor parking, shared outdoor areas, and a calm and pleasant environment for relaxing with family, as a couple, or with friends. The accommodation is pet friendly, and pets only need to be on a leash in the common outdoor areas. Guest access Guests will have private access to the house and will be able to use the outdoor spaces available on the property. You can enter through either of the two gates on the property, both marked with signs that read “Casa dos Meus Avós.” Only one of the gates has identification with the street name. Parking is free and located inside the property. Other things to note The property features a small event room where small private parties can occasionally be held. These events are organized in a way that respects the tranquility of the guests, although on some days there may be more activity in the parking lot and in the common outdoor areas. If you bring pets, we ask that you always use a leash in the shared outdoor spaces. Check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. to allow the accommodation to be cleaned and disinfected for the next guests. If you wish to leave later, please contact us in advance to check availability.
