Recently built home. You will be nestled on the hill, beside the pohutukawa and looking down on Taputeranga Island. Our tiny house is only a two-minute walk from Island Bay Beach and Shorland Park. Take the kayaks for a paddle. Sometimes there are dolphins or orcas in the bay. You'll be only 1km from the local shopping centre, including cafes, restaurants, pub and supermarket. It's a memorable romantic getaway, close to town but surrounded by Wellington's rugged south coast. Guest access The whole tiny house is available to guests. Other things to note You will need to climb steps to get to the Lyts Hûs, and there are steps inside to get to the bedroom, too. Sadly, this property will not suit people with mobility issues.
