Only 50 mt to the Ionic Sea beaches and a few minutes’ walk to all of Ortigia’s historical sites such as Piazza Duomo, Castello Maniace, Aretusa Spring, Diana Fountain, Temple of Apollo and much more! The space Melitzana Guest House is a located on the ground floor of a typical Syracusan building. It is a one bedroom suite at the ground floor, without steps, with air conditioning and featuring soundproof windows, WiFi, a comfortable living room with sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, one bathroom and a beautiful internal patio offering a sitting area. The property has a private and secure gated entrance way that leads to a quiet courtyard before entering the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and fully furnished to a high standard. The living space is a open plan area that features a smart TV and comfortable double sofa bed. There is a dining table with four chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner or it can be utilized as a smart working zone. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glassware, cutlery, pot and pans, everything you could need! It has a fridge, freezer, electric oven and stove, coffee mokka pot, electric kettle and toaster. We provide all our guests with bottled drinking water and amenities. The bedroom is a stylish space with high quality bedding, double mirrored wardrobes and plenty of storage space. We provide a hairdryer, iron, mini ironing board and clothes drying rack. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, for added convenience, a bidet, a separate toilet, vanity mirror, space for storing your toiletries and all towels are provided. The whole apartment has fibre optic, strong wifi connection and is fully air conditioned for summer. Additional facilities include a safety deposit box, a detailed information guide, tourist maps and information on local trips and excursions. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind on holiday in comfort or a quiet place to work whilst still being extremely close and walking distance to all that Ortigia has to offer. Other things to note The apartment is private and for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are happy to organize early check-in when there are no other guests leaving the apartment on that same day; however, it will not be possible to arrange late check-out. If you need assistance for luggage storage, we can recommend you an affiliated structure. Please let us know if you need a taxi to or from the airport and we can arrange one for you.
