VERDE ACQUA is an ancient dwelling protected by the fine arts that has just been renovated. This elegant accommodation is located in a small and characteristic village surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the lake. The GREEN apartment is on the second floor and consists of a full bathroom with window, a large living area with sofa bed and a large bedroom with sofa and a lovely lake view. The living area is equipped with a dining table, sofa bed, TV and everything you need for a long or short vacation. The bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with a comfortable wardrobe, double bed and a sofa to relax. From this room you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Caldonazzo. In the living area, up to two people can be accommodated on the sofa bed. The use of the laundry room located on the first floor with a washing machine and dryer is available upon request. From the VERDE ACQUA residence, in a few minutes' walk, you can reach Valcanover beach, the supermarket, restaurants and trendy clubs in the area. The VERDE apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a vacation in a cool place a stone's throw from nature and in fact from here you can take several mountain trails or the bike path that runs along the lakes and runs through the valley along the river. The building is located 16 km from the historic center of Trento, 6 km from the center of Pergine and 400 meters from the beach. The residence offers a parking space at your disposal and a space to store bicycles and other equipment. CIPAT CODE 022139-AT-014593 IMPORTANT - TAX FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION The provincial tourist tax is regulated by Article 15 of Provincial Law no. 8 of August 12, 2020 and is regulated by Presidential Decree no. 15-28/leg of December 3, 2020 The tax (€1 per person per night over 14 years of age) is due to each person staying in accommodation facilities located in the provincial territory for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights at the same property and will be collected upon arrival at the property. Guest access The alley leading to the parking lot, although narrow, easily allows the passage of cars up to the size of a van. As it is a historic residence protected by the fine arts, it was not possible to adapt the access for the disabled. Other things to note Lake Caldonazzo is a real natural gym, ideal for practicing various sports such as sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, rowing and underwater activities, it is also the only lake in the region where you can practice water skiing. In summer, it often hosts sporting events with national and international athletes. Those who are passionate about fishing will find a great variety of fish such as trout, rudd, carp, sole and tench. Also in 2023, Lake Caldonazzo was awarded the important Blue Flag award for the healthiness of its waters, attention to the environment and sustainable services. Among the things to see on Lake Caldonazzo, we have the ancient village of Caldonazzo that winds the streets of its historic center around the Magnifica Corte (also known as Corte Trapp) a 13th-century fortress house that the Trapp counts rebuilt between 400 and 500, and the large church of S. Sisto. Also not to be missed is a visit to Levico Terme with its beautiful Habsburg Park, which recalls the imperial splendors of Sissi and Francesco Giuseppe, its pedestrian street full of shops and the park of the thermal baths. Among other things to do around Lake Caldonazzo, we have trekking in Pizzo di Levico, hiking to Cima Panarotta, the Ponte dell'Orco in Ospedaletto, Lake Cima d'Asta, walks on the Lagorai, a visit to the Mocheni Valley, and the cities of Trento and Rovereto.
