The space The property is located on a 2000 square meter plot on the shore of the lake where you will find, on the one hand, a new house where the 4 bedrooms are located (all with their own bathroom and balcony overlooking the lake or the pool) and, on the other hand, an old house that contains the kitchen and an outdoor and covered living room, as shown in the photographs. This option allows you to rent the entire accommodation privately for groups of friends and families, who will enjoy the infinity pool, the gardens, the kitchen (old but equipped with everything you need such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, Nutribullet, etc.), the living room and the barbecue. The number of guests indicated is 8, with two per suite. There is a daily cleaning service option at an additional cost of $500, please indicate this at the time of booking. We have a buoy to moor boats in case you have rented one (and if you like to rent one, we can provide the contact of several companies that rent boats and jetskis on the lake) There are also portable fans if you need them. Just ask for them to be given to you, as they are stored away. We also have paddle boards in case you like to go for a ride on the lake (you also have to request them so that they can be prepared). As it is a place in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees, plants and water, you may encounter mosquitoes or other insects. We spray constantly, but we recommend taking the necessary measures such as bringing repellent and not leaving the windows or bedroom door open for a long time. Other things to note In our accommodation, we choose to minimize environmental impact, so we have renewable energy systems such as the solar heater that supplies the rooms. This system heats the water naturally by taking advantage of the many hours of sunshine that Tequesquitengo has during the year, so we ask our guests to take care of the water and be patient if there are days when the weather is not favorable.
