For the health conscious recently completed cycling paths, access to heated swimming pools, grass, and hard tennis courts within 5 minutes. Welcome to South Coast! The space Mansion@ the Coast is a great home to live in, work from, play, and entertain. Five (5) generous size bedrooms, comfortable new beddings including mattresses, bedsheets and covers to suit guests who care about comfort and hygiene. Living spaces are equally generous. Offering three (3) separate living areas that flow into each other yet separate enough to accommodate varying guest's needs. The extra large outdoors offer a great place to play, entertain, and relax. The pagora can comfortably fit a 12 dinner with large, state of the art gas bbq equipment available, separate cooking banners and sink, your outdoor cooking is sorted. On the backyard lawn, you can enjoy an extra large Vuly trampoline, Spalding basketball unit, and still have space to walk or run around. This is a loved backyard with gardens that feed guest too. So whether your interest is lemongrass, mint, or oregano, the gardens offers more than that. Mansion @ the Coast will suit guests who want to holiday and work. With dedicated office fully furnished with an ergonomic computer desk, chair, table lamp, shelves, natural light, and great internet and telephone connection. Guest access The entire home is available to guests other than chosen linen storage rooms. Care has been taken to ensure guests have more than enough storage spaces. Other things to note The home has 5 bedrooms but currently offers 4 beds. Super king master ensuite, and queen beds in three other bedrooms. There are large closets in each room. Shared, the house can sleep 8 guests. If required, additional beds can be organised. One in the 5th bedroom, and more in other bedrooms based on guest's needs. The home design allows for more configuration downstairs to accommodate a bed in an exclusive room. This might come in handy where guests have a family member with mobility concerns.
