Beautiful beach house 50 m from the water

This cozy and charming cottage is located only 50 meters from one of Funen's best beaches in Hasmark. Perfect for a couple or a family who wants to enjoy the holiday in cozy surroundings close to the water. We want to let you know that the bedrooms are located in the loft (not full height), which is accessed via a ladder. The house is therefore not suitable for families with small children or those with walking difficulties Relax in the cozy courtyard, or walk down to the most beautiful beach, which is just a stone's throw from the house. The space The home contains: Entrance with space for outerwear, shoes, etc. From there, access to a bathroom with shower. The heart of the house is the large kitchen/living room, which contains both a cozy kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, a dining table with room for the whole family and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove where you can relax. From the living room, there is access to the bedrooms upstairs via a staircase. There are 2 separate and cozy lofts where you will sleep. The lofts are not full height. One with 1 double bed and the other with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. If you open the windows, you will be able to hear the waves, if it is not one of those days when it is completely quiet and the sea is calm... NOTE!! The property is not suitable for families with small children, and those with walking difficulties, as there is a stairway up to the bedrooms upstairs... From the common room, there is direct access to the courtyard, where there is room for coziness and relaxation. Enjoy the sun all day long on the large sun loungers, or when you need a break from the sand on the beach. You can enjoy your meals in the courtyard, but it is also obvious to take your food down to the beach. You bring your own basic items: linens, sheets, towels, dish towels and cloths. Area: In addition to the beautiful beach, which is just outside the door, there are plenty of beautiful natural areas a short distance from the house. There is a delicious ice cream shop/grill bar 2 minutes from the house. There is also mini golf. The campsite next door has both an outdoor pool and an indoor water park that you can use for a fee. In addition, there is also a playground and barbecue areas nearby. If you like fishing, one of Funen's best fishing spots (Enebærodde) is close by. Shopping: The campsite: close by has all the essentials. Milk, butter, breakfast, cold cuts, etc. Otterup: (8 min.) has shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, DIY stores and gas stations.
