Cozy Relaxing Room The Woodlands

This room is perfect for your stay in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. You will have access to your own private room and bathroom, the shared living room, kitchen, and backyard with a pool. We do our best to keep these areas clean, and we hope you do too. This room comfortably sleeps 3 using the queen bed and futon which turns into a full bed. There is a large desk & chair, with a surge protector behind it. There is also a TV with Roku and a walk in closet. The space The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We have been living in this house for over 15 years, so we have lots of knowledge of the area. The Woodlands is an amazing place to live and visit! You can always reach out for recommendations on anything! During your stay I certainly don’t mind interacting with guests. You will often find me making dinner, working on my cars, or relaxing out by the pool. Other things to note Room Amenities - Microwave, Keurig, Mini Fridge stocked with water and drinks, TV with Roku, Phone Chargers, USB outlets, Desk, Queen Bed, Futon Couch (turns into full bed), Large Walk-in Closet, Clothes Hangers, and a Surge Protector (behind futon). Bathroom Amenities - Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, Floss picks, Toothbrushes, Q-Tips, Cotton balls, Hair Dryer, Hair Straightener, and Hair Curler. About Our Dog - Jase, our dog loves to bark! We do our absolute best to reduce this by taking him on walks, and keeping him in a room with us, but you will likely hear him bark from time to time. The room you are staying in does a pretty good job of soundproofing, however you will still hear it. Food / Beverages - We supply some snacks free for you to use during your stay. If you run out of anything, we are more than happy to supply you with refills of coffee, popcorn, etc. When you use the microwave or keurig, please use one at a time, as using both may trip the breaker. If you have food trash, we recommend throwing it into the trash downstairs (across from the oven). Air Conditioning - This room typically becomes the warmest room during the summer. The Air Conditioning controls for the upstairs are right at the top of the stairs. If you need to change it, you are more than welcome to. Just keep in mind that we will share the temperature you set it at.
