(microwave, oven, fridge top, stove, senseo and toaster), washing machine. 🚿 Bathroom with bathtub (beware of low ceiling above!), sink and toilet. 🌟 The apartment is perfect for: A professional trip, a city tour, a visit to your family without disturbing them. 🌟 We provide bed linen, towels, a few coffee capsules, sugar, some spices, shower gel, laundry... but also books, board games... 🧹 For your comfort, we have a professional housekeeper and the laundry is also managed by a professional. 📍 Ideal location: Enjoy local life very close to the city center (5' walk), with all amenities within walking distance and quick access to major attractions (Train station 10' walk). Pharmacy 2' walk. Police station too. 🚗 Free parking on Rue de la République and Rue Jacques Sadron. 👉 CAUTION: -- pets not allowed, smokers not allowed, parties not allowed! -- access to the apartment is via a staircase! -- no air conditioning. Guest access The apartment will be just for you. It is located in a small building with my wellness institute below and the Bohol apartment above. We have a key box to guarantee you complete autonomy no matter what time you check in. Other things to note Info: We had feedback once informing us that the mattress in the bedroom might lack a little support for people with large builds.
