New apartment/building, newly furnished (new furniture). Apartment for up to 8 people, already with children and babies. The key must be picked up at the brokerage that is located on the way to get to the apartment. Check-in at this building can only be done until 7 p.m. (only on the day of arrival). From 17h to 19h it is necessary to hire a worker who costs 50.00. In front of kiosk 20 and next to the blue Marlin. We rent linens and bath linens to our customers. The space - Free Wi-Fi - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms, 1 suite - Full kitchen, with basic kitchen items (common pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, among others) - Building facing the sea, apartment with side/partial sea view - Fully furnished - 2 private garages - 2 elevators - 3 double beds + 1 single bed + 1 single mattress - 1 split air conditioner in the suite. Guest access - Pedestrian entrance is on the beach street. - The condominium does not allow the use of the following common spaces: swimming pool, barbecue and ballroom. - No barbecue on the balcony or inside the apartment, as well as lighting incense or making any kind of smoke. Important! If your check-in time exceeds our service hours (until 5 p.m.), a fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged for hiring a person on duty. Guests can only enter this building until 7 p.m. After this time, we cannot authorize guests to enter. Other things to note - We will request the full name and CPF of all guests for prior registration in the condominium. Without this information, the condominium will not allow the guest to enter the building and will also not allow additional guests who are not previously agreed upon and registered (including children and babies of any age). - We do not provide hygiene items, cleaning, salt, oil, etc... - There are pillows in the apartment, but feel free to bring yours. - We offer support for a water bottle and most customers leave the empty bottle in the apartment. That way, the next customer gets a discount when placing a gallon order, using the previous one for exchange. ... Bed and bath linen information: You can bring it from home or rent it from us, as per the table of values below. It would be 40.00 per person (single) / 70.00 per couple. The kit consists of: elastic sheet, cover sheet, face towel, bath towel and 1 bathroom floor If you wish to rent a duvet, it costs 60.00 per unit. The reservation of the bed linen is with me, but the rental and payment is made directly with the broker, who assists us at the time of check-in.
