Nestled in the heart of the Landes, 1 hour from Spain, 1.5 hours from the mountains and 40 minutes from the beaches, come and discover our family home, a completely renovated old Landes farmhouse: the Les Figuiers gîte. The space Composed of a large, bright 80 sq.m. living room with lounge, living area and fully equipped open kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, dressing room. 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, dressing room. 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, private bathroom with bathtub and toilet, dressing room. 1 laundry room with toilet, washing machine, dryer. A little extra: a furnished floor with a play area, foosball, desk, and relaxation area. Linens provided (sheets, towels, towels). Outside you will find a shaded terrace with table and chairs for your meals, a secure 8x4m swimming pool, sunbeds and lounge chairs⚠️. (bath linens are not provided) A furnished barn with outdoor kitchen, garden furniture, picnic-style wooden table. A little extra to liven up your days: a petanque court (2 sets of 6 balls provided), a pool table, a ping pong table, darts, Mölkky, board games and cards.
