Welcome to your Southsea home-from-home! Honestly, this is one of those places that just feels good to stay in. It’s a beautifully styled private room in a renovated Victorian terrace, a short walk from the seafront and everything Albert Road has to offer — independent cafes, brilliant restaurants, quirky shops, the lot. You’ll have your own comfortable space, full access to the house, and two hosts who are always happy to make you feel welcome. The space The house has been lovingly updated by Aidan and Sam. Downstairs there’s a spacious living room with a large TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area opening up to the garden. Upstairs you’ve got your private room, a quiet spot if you need to work remotely, and a shared bathroom. We’ve also just finished the garden, fresh new lawn, and it’s a lovely place to sit out and enjoy the southsea sun. Guest access Full run of the kitchen, dining room and shared spaces. We’re usually around in the evenings and you’re always welcome to join us, or just do your own thing, no pressure either way. If we’re both away, the house is yours. During your stay We love meeting the people who stay with us and we’re always happy to give you the proper local lowdown on where to eat, drink and explore in Southsea. But we’ll always take our cues from you, some guests want recommendations and chat, others just want to settle in and switch off. Both work perfectly for us. We’re always on the app or phone if you need anything at all. Other things to note No smoking indoors but the garden is right there if you need it.
