The home does come with a boat slip as well! Full Bathroom Washer & Dryer off the kitchen Two bedroom each with one queen bed and dresser/closet space. Large backyard with table, chairs, fenced in grassy backyard, grill and multiple boat slips. Upstairs: Walking into bonus area large enough for a blow up mattress. Two bedroom, one with one queen bed and the other room with two queen beds. Boathouse: There is two bed room upstairs each with two queen bed and a full bath with a washer & dryer. Downstairs has a kitchen, half bath, and sitting area. Outside there is a private sand seating area with a fire pit. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house, garage and backyard and boat slips. There is an additional boat house available for an added rental fee if more space is needed. There is two bed room upstairs each with two queen bed and a full bath with a washer & dryer. Downstairs has a kitchen, half bath, sitting area and twin bedroom. Outside there is a private sand seating area with a fire pit.
