The space This modern, private apartment in the Paradise Valley neighborhood is set up for comfortable longer stays — most of our guests here book by the week or month. SLEEPING - Bedroom: queen bed - Living room: sofa bed and an air mattress for extra guests COMFORT + WORK - Air conditioning and heating - Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace - 65" TV with Netflix and YouTube TV - In-unit washer and dryer - Big windows with lots of natural light KITCHEN Full kitchen with cookware, dishes, coffee, tea — even spices. PARKING + EV One free dedicated parking spot (spot A) is included. A second on-property spot can sometimes be arranged based on availability — just ask. Level 2 EV charger on site ($75 refundable deposit; electricity billed at PG&E rates through the charger app, no markup). CHECK-IN Smart lock self check-in at any hour — if your flight lands at SFO at 1 am, you're minutes from a comfortable bed with your own door code. We use all-white towels, linens, pillows, duvets, and sheets so you can see everything is clean and fresh — washed before and after every stay. Guest access The entire apartment is yours: full kitchen, iron, cookware, dishes, coffee and tea, 65" TV with Netflix and YouTube TV, and your own in-unit washer and dryer. One dedicated parking spot (A) at the building. Other things to note GOOD TO KNOW - Early check-in is free when the apartment is ready; guaranteed early check-in can be purchased at $75/hr. Luggage drop is available — message us on arrival day. - Checkout is 11 am so our cleaners can prepare for the next guests. Late checkout is often free for 30-60 minutes when there's no same-day turnover; otherwise it can be purchased from $75/hr. Unarranged late departures are billed at $200/hr — please just message us instead; we're flexible when the calendar allows. - Parking: one free dedicated spot included; an extra spot is $25/night when available — message us before arrival. - Please book the exact number of guests — anyone entering the home counts as a guest. The rate includes 2 guests; each additional guest is $50/night. No parties. - Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am. - No smoking or vaping inside. No pets — service animals are always welcome. - No-shoes home, professionally cleaned before every stay; cleaners are paid a living wage. - Discounts are available for weekly and monthly stays; extensions are welcome, subject to availability — just ask and we'll send an alteration. - Stays of 4+ weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in. - Bay Area residents: please message us about your plans before booking. - For everyone's security there are exterior cameras at the building entrances — outside only, never indoors. - Honest notes: we're in the SFO area, so occasional aircraft noise is possible. - House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
