BEDROOM 1&2: Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have 2 very comfortable Queen Beds and a nightstand, table lamp, fresh sheets, and a standing lamp. LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry room is Accessed around the back of the building. Laundry detergent is provided and is sitting on the chair in the laundry room FULL BATHROOM: This very clean full bathroom has an updated vanity, medicine cabinet, and bath shower combo. There is complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied as well as clean towels. OUTSIDE: The front of the building is sidewalk. There is free parking in front and 1 private parking space reserved for Unit A out back. Guest access Guests with have access to the Full apartment and laundry room Other things to note 1) There is usually free parking available In front of the building. If not you can also park around the back of the building. You’ll find a parking spot that says “A”. You’ll have to go around the block to the back driveway to get to the parking spots. 2) The Laundry Room is Communal and is around back of the building. You’ll have to exit the front door, then go right, another right down the alley, a right to the back porch and you’ll see a door that says “Tenants Only”. Inside you’ll find the Laundry room shared by other people living in the building. 3) One of the beds in the second bedroom are against the back door that is locked , insulated and not usable. On the other side of this door is the Laundry room. We insulated the door to reduce any possible noise if others guests in the building use the laundry room. 4) We can’t be responsible for belongings left unsupervised in the communal laundry room so please keep an eye on your belongings 5) The apartment is situated on street level so you will hear vehicles sometimes.
