These spaces are exclusively for registered guests. The room is totally private and only guests have access. Guest access Guests can use the co-working space, the living room, and the patio as long as they comply with the rules and the established hours. Please note that these spaces are common areas and may be shared with other guests. Common space rules: 1. Use the space during the established hours. (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) 2. Smoking or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the space. 2. Control your noise level. This is a shared space, so you should keep your noise level to a minimum so as not to disturb other guests and help make the space pleasant for everyone. 3. Use the space with respect. Take care of the instruments we provide so that you can use the space comfortably. 4. Keep this area clean and tidy. This reflects an attitude of respect for others and contributes to creating a visually pleasant workspace. 5. In the shared areas we ask you to always keep appropriate clothing (street clothes or pajamas), avoiding the use of underwear. This helps maintain comfort and respect among all our guests. Other things to note Some important things to keep in mind before booking: - The capacity is a maximum of 2 people. No additional guests other than the 2 listed will be allowed in. - The accommodation is located on the second floor, and you need to climb stairs to access it. - Check-in time is from 3 pm to 10 pm at the latest. Check-in is not possible after the set time as there are no staff available to greet guests and welcome them to the space. - There is free parking on the street and also paid (private) parking in the area. - Only registered guests are allowed.
