70 m2 apartment fully furnished and perfectly equipped with two double bedrooms of 160, one with shower and sink (separate toilet) and the other with bathroom, bathtub, sink and toilet. Very nice and perfectly equipped kitchen. Laundry with separate washing machine and dryer. Living room with sofa bed very comfortable for 1 or 2 additional traveler(s) for a supplement of 10% per person. Television. Balcony. Free Wi-Fi. Sheets available at a price of €10/bed The space This apartment is suitable for 6 people but ideal for 4 (2 couples) due to the use of a sofa bed in the living room to sleep 2 people. If you want 4 separate beds, this apartment is not suitable for adding an extra single bed. Guest access The accommodation is fully allocated to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note You must bring your mattress covers (160 x 200), duvet covers and pillowcases. We can provide them for €10/bed. Let me know when booking or no later than 3 days before your arrival. A deposit of €30 for cleaning will be requested upon arrival and returned within 8 days or upon departure if you do it yourself.
