Ground Floor: Social Hub Living Area: Unwind in the comfortable lounge with two sofas set by a cozy bio-ethanol fireplace. Listen to your favorite music through the Apple HomePods. Chef's Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is an entertainer's dream. It features a Miele steam oven, a Bora hub with a Tepan grill for indoor BBQ, and a Quooker tap for instant boiling and sparkling water. Four bar stools at the kitchen island create the perfect spot to dine and connect. First Floor: Work & Rest Home Office: A dedicated, quiet workspace with an ergonomic chair, acoustic glass walls, air conditioning, and an Apple HomePod for focus or inspiration. Bedroom 1: A cozy haven with a king-size bed (160x200cm), air conditioning, and a built-in mirrored wardrobe. Bedroom 2: A quiet room with a small single bed (84x192cm), air conditioning, and a built-in wardrobe. Second Floor: The Master Suite Experience the ultimate retreat in this spacious, sunlit open-plan suite. Gaze at the stars through the skylight above the super king-size bed (180x200cm), with electric blackout blinds for a restful sleep. The open-concept bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large freestanding bathtub next to a relaxing biofuel fireplace. A walk-in wardrobe provides ample space for your belongings. Basement: Entertainment & Wellness Cinema Room: Sink into the large, comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the large-screen TV. Gym: Stay active with our gym setup, including a WattBike, weights, yoga mats, and exercise equipment. Laundry & Bath: This floor also includes a full bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Smart & Sustainable Features A dumbwaiter lift transports items from the basement to the top floor. The home is equipped with underfloor heating, smart lighting, and an integrated sound system. We can provide a crib and high chair for those traveling with little ones. - If you're worried about how everything will work we have very easy to follow videos for everything with QR codes all over the house for the different appliances. Guest access You will have private access to the entire house. A few cupboards containing personal items will be locked, but you will have plenty of storage space for your belongings. Entry is secure and seamless with a keyless Yale Home Smart Lock. You will receive a unique personal keycard for the duration of your stay. Paddington tube and overground station are within 2 minutes from the house and walking around is safe and beautiful. Heathrow airport is 15mins away on the express train. Parking is subject to local parking rules. The property doesn't offer private parking. Other things to note Accessibility: Please be aware that the house is spread over four floors and there is no elevator. Access to the upper floors and basement is via stairs only. Security: For your safety and security, there are external security cameras monitoring the property's entrances. Note that we have a strict no party policy. This is our main house, we appreciate you respect it the same way you would respect your own house. No other people other than the guests are allowed in the house. If you like to invite other guests please discuss with the host beforehand. Guest ID: For legal and compliance reasons, all guests are required to share a valid Government-issued ID after booking is confirmed. Extended Stays: For bookings longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of £200 will be applied. This fee covers a full mid-stay clean, including a complete change of bed linen and towels.
