Urban Breeze Apartment 1 is freshly renovated and with brand new furniture in downtown Atnens. Offers a comfortable stay for all your family or friends. It is carefully decorated to offer you a relaxing living in a peacefull neighborhood while it is very near to the heart of Athens. It is consisted of 3 main rooms plus a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is only a short minute ride from our house to Acropolis and Plaka. Three (3) Supermarkets and a liquor store are very near (<100m). The space Welcome to our charming house, be our guest and feel free to enjoy the living like you are in your house! We are here to do our best for you to experience a pleasant and warm living. We bet on that! The apartment is on the ground floor on a building of 3 floors. Only one apartment on each floor. With simple architecture, minimal and modern furniture, and fully equipped spaces, we are sure you will indulge in comfort. The spacious living room offers all that you need plus a comfortable sofa bed on which you can relax or transform it into a king size double bed for extra guests. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The one bedroom is provided with a king size bed and also with a desk that can be used as a workspace. The second bedroom is with 2 single beds and please feel free to request the connection of them in case you are a couple. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with separate freezer, an electric kitchen with separate stove and oven. A Microwave Oven, a coffee machine, a water boiler and a toaster is there for you to use. You will also find much more than the basic cooking and serving tools you may need. The dining table is in a separate space next to the living room. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a storage space with bath amenities and towels. We also provide Washing Machine for washing your clothes. Iron and Ironing board is also provided if you need your clothes to look sharp. In the bathroom you will also find a Hair Dryer. Our apartment has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. We offer Netflix entertainment so you can relax in the living room watching your favorite movies and series. Every space or supplies in the property are available to use. The check in time best for us is 3 pm and the check out time is 11 am but let us know if it is possible to make it earlier or later. As it is a quiet residential area please feel comfortable, sleep and relax but the apartment is not available for PARTIES. The quiet hours must be respected between 10.30pm and 7.30am. For your convenience and to buy first need products and grocery goods there are within 150 meters from the apartment 3 supermarkets (Sklavenitis, AB and MyMarket) and a liquor store. The apartment is with keyless access and we will provide you with entry codes. We can be at our apartment to warmly welcome you but at the same time your privacy is respectful so we will let you contact us in any way you prefer if you have any requests or concerns. At the same time please feel free to request a pick up or any transfer you may need as we are in this business too. Please feel free to ask anything you need about the apartment, the trasportation, the well known Greek food, the sightseeings, the rich history of our beautiful town and country! We will do our best on this matter. - The apartment lies in an old district in the downtown of Athens very near to the popular center. It is only a short minute ride (10-15 minutes) from our house to Acropolis, Plaka and less than 10 minutes ride to the metro station of Victoria (Line 1, Green). To arrive to our apartment from the airport take from the airport the metro line 2 (Blue) and get off at Monastiraki station and from there take a short minute taxi ride (it will not cost you more than 5-6 euros). Alternatively, from Monastiraki station take the metro line 1 (Green) and after 2 stops get off to Victoria metro station and from there either take the buses 4 or 622 or a very short taxi ride (4-5 euros) to arrive at our apartment. From Monastiraki metro station (Line 2, Blue) there is a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port. From Victoria metro station (Line 1, Green) there is a direct connection to the Piraeus Port. - AIRPORT/PORT TRANSFERS or SIGHTSEEING TOURS. For your convenience we offer a transfer service to and from the airport, Piraeus and Rafina ports, which can be booked directly with us. You can also request and arrange with us a sightseeing tour to Sounio and Lake Vouliagmeni while Meteora, Delphi, Nafplio, Ancient Epidavros Theater being only a few of the many astonishing places you could visit. The fares will be according to the law and competitive. The transfer service should be arranged ahead of time to avoid hassle-free transportation time or incovenience.
