Cumberland Head Cottage

Enjoy a private space with a large lot only steps from the lake. This quaint lake cottage sleeps up to 6 and is only 100 feet from the beautiful shore of Lake Champlain with deeded lake access via right-of-way on a quiet dead end road. Enjoy 2 bedrooms each with a ceiling fan one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. there is also a queen pull out sofa available. We hope you find our lake cottage comfortable and relaxing. We want our guests to feel at home while visiting our humble abode The space Private lot on a dead end street about 100 yards from lake Champlain. There is lake access via right-of-way and there are some obstructed lake views. There is a large front yard, and a large deck spanning two sides of the home. You will find a grill, kids toys, an outdoor dinning set and multiple other seating options on the deck. Off street private parking included in your stay. The lake access/beach is rocky and water shoes are recommended. Guest access The entire space is available to guests with the exclusion of a locked shed in the backyard. You have full access to the yard, deck, and two bedroom home. Other things to note NO BOATS NO - UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS PET POLICY: - DOGS ONLY - Max of one large dog (greater than 30 pounds)/two small dogs (less than 30 pounds) - Must be house trained and fully vaccinated - must be on a leash or tied up while outside - Cannot be left unattended in the home unless in a crate (crate can be provided per pre arrival request) - all droppings must be picked up daily
