Eastside Oasis, walkable, heated private pool

Located in the hip East Austin neighborhood of Holly, this is a great base to explore Austin. Walking Distance to Rainey Street, all the bars and restaurants on East 6th Street, Lady Bird Lake, Fiesta Beach Park, and less than 1.5 miles to Downtown Austin. This bright house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 very separate living rooms so your group will have plenty of space to spread out. The backyard has a brand new private swimming pool with tanning ledge and loungers. The space You’ll have exclusive access to the entire house and private backyard with swimming pool. There are two separate living areas with sofas and TVs, an office area and of course 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The very well equipped kitchen opens up to a large, private backyard with a new swimming pool, Weber Grill, fire pit and outdoor seating for your whole group. There is even a Peloton Bike+ for Peloton fans. *** There is an additional charge for heated pool Dec 1-Feb 28 of $15/day. Guest access You'll have the house and backyard to yourself! To keep pool and yard maintained, we do have pool cleaner come weekly or twice per week, and yard service also. We will try to share the details but due to schedule changes they may arrive in backyard unannounced. Other things to note This is our home that we rent when traveling and we are therefore very particular about who stays here. There are absolutely no parties allowed, this is a great place for families, a few couples or a group of friends to relax and explore Austin. We generally only rent to guests with previous positive reviews, so please include in your booking request why you’re coming to Austin and why you’ll be great guests in our home!
