The space Embrace the Wilderness Welcome to Cabin on the Hill, a peaceful off-grid retreat set within 12 acres of open countryside amongst the spectacular red rocks and mountains of Belogradchik. Despite its secluded location, the town centre, shops, cafés and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away. New for this season, guests can enjoy a private pool, sun deck and comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxing while taking in the stunning mountain views. We are also pet friendly and provide food and water bowls, along with pet towels for your four-legged companion. The Experience Surrounded by nature and the sounds of the countryside, Cabin on the Hill offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Relax beside a roaring fire, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply unwind and enjoy the scenery. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1 A comfortable king-size bed with large windows overlooking the mountains. Bedroom 2 (Living Area) A large sofa bed positioned beside the wood burner, with double doors opening onto beautiful countryside views. Travel Cot Available for little ones. Please bring your own bedding. Off-Grid Comfort The cabin is powered by solar energy with a fully automatic backup generator. Cooking facilities include a four-hob gas stove, oven and grill. Bed linen, towels and essentials are provided. Outdoor Living Explore woodland paths, watch wildlife, enjoy outdoor dining, listen for wolves and jackals in the distance, or simply relax beneath some of Bulgaria’s clearest night skies. Guests regularly spot deer, hares, red squirrels, tortoises, owls, woodpeckers, cuckoos, fireflies, butterflies and many other species around the cabin. Stay Connected or Switch Off Fast 4G internet and a TV are available, making the cabin suitable for remote working as well as digital detox retreats. Winter Stays Winter can be beautiful but challenging. Access may require a suitable vehicle, and guests should be prepared for mountain conditions and changing weather. Other things to note The cabin is linked to the main road via a dirt track, so during times of wet weather and snow it would be advisable to use a 4x4 In addition to the above, it must be noted that children must be accompanied by adults when on the veranda.
