Appreciated. - Please provide photo of ID card or photo of passport and Visa before check in to complete check-in procedures. - Please do not bring more people than the number of registered people into the house to stay without notice and without the consent of the host. - Please do not bring weapons, explosives, flammable substances, drugs, or prohibited goods into the apartment. If you intentionally violate it, you will bear full responsibility to the authorities. - Please take care of our home, an unsual large mess which requires us addtional clean work, we'll have to charge $10 addtional cleaning fee. - Please take care of yourself/your children/family/friends. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while in the home +Check-in earlier or check-out later: Depends on available rooms. - From 1 to 4 hours: 70.000 VND/ per hour - From 4 to 6 hours: 50% room price - From 6 hours and more: 100% room price + Please inform me of your arrival time so that I can arrange your check-in. +Please kindly TURN OFF all of the electric devices when not in use and before you leave home to avoid overuse of electricity, especially the A/C, water heater to save the energy and protect the environment. A Gentle Note About Nature Sunshine Home is surrounded by trees and natural greenery. As part of this peaceful environment, you may hear gentle insect sounds in the evening, and occasionally encounter small bugs or mosquitoes. This is a natural part of tropical living. We take regular preventive measures and provide basic protections to ensure your comfort. If you enjoy fresh air, greenery, and an authentic nature-connected stay, you will likely feel very comfortable here. However, if you prefer a fully sealed, hotel-style environment, our home may not be the most suitable choice. We keep our environment clean, safe, nice and cozy, and as affordable as possible, so please respect our homestay, it is you 2nd home and treat it as if it was your own home. Enjoy your stay ^-^
