The space Designed in 1965, the house has been a family home for over 40 years. We are now renting it for film sets and holiday lets to fund the preservation and restoration of this incredible property. Walk over the bridge to make a grand entrance into this time capsule of a house. On this level, you'll find the dining room, living room & kitchen area (with breakfast table). The single bedroom on the same level can be discovered behind the secret door, along with the adjacent toilet. Downstairs you'll find the Master Bedroom with a king-size bed & gold leaf ensuite. Bedroom no. 2 (with double bed) leads onto bedroom no. 3 (with 3 single beds) with the avocado bathroom between the 2 rooms (please note, access to bedroom 3 is via bedroom 2). Go through the double doors to the huge, showstopper lounge, with views over the private garden from the sunken conversation pit. The wood burner will warm up the chillier evenings. The property features an open staircase in the living room and lounge, due to this, young children will need careful supervision in these areas. Please note, this property is not in a pristine state - it is an ongoing restoration project and many of the original fittings are still in place. The kitchen is an outdated '80s refit and the '60s carpet is showing signs of wear. Please be courteous to our neighbours by having no extra guests and loud parties. We can host an extra 2 extra guests for a small fee - please contact us about this in advance. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the property (the pool area will be closed off whilst under restoration). Other things to note Our outdoor area is fully fenced but not fully enclosed. Pets are considered but please enquire first. No smoking is allowed indoors.
