Situated just off Chuckanut Dr. with easy access to endless hiking/biking trails, close to 1-5, the cute town of Edison, within 30 min of Bellingham, San Juan Ferries, Mt Vernon (Tulip Festival). The space The 1 bedroom ADU includes a queen bed and air mattress upon request. It has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and a large bathroom complete with a heated towel rack! Enjoy the T.V., indoor games, outdoor games, firepit, and great patio & lawn area for your use. The patio is totally private from the main house and has amazing views! The yard is also full of flowers in the summer. Guest access You will have full access to the entire ADU, private patio, and large grass area. You also will have your own parking space. There is a key lock box for easy self check in. Other things to note This is a non smoking unit AND property. We do have pets that may say hello from time to time if you are outside.
