The space The Avenue boasts an immaculate white kitchen, fully equipped for self-catering stays with integrated appliances, you’ll have everything you could need to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy at the dining table. The living space includes a comfy sofa and accent chair and a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV. The perfect place to unwind during your stay, log in to the streaming apps and keep up with your favourite shows or spend quality time with your party. The bathroom suite is a modern space where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the bathtub or take a quick shower. The space is complete with a wash basin and WC. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. The Avenue sleeps 4 people comfortably across 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is inclusive of a super king zip & link bed and the second bedroom is home to a comfy double. Within walking distance of both Stockton and Norton town centres as well as being within perfect proximity to transport links of the A19 and A66, The Avenue is your perfect base on Teesside. Great for both work and play. The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party. Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required.
