But it is a very old building dating from the 1800s it has a damp patch behind the toilet on the wall Fast Wifi, no tv. We offer luggage drop-off. No kids The space The building s historic, Grade 2 listed (protected). It has high ceilings, lovely big Edwardian windows. It’s warm and bright. This flat is used for visiting professors during term time. There is a living room with 2 velvet arm chairs, a good size desk. The Kitchen is modest, yet well equipped. The bathroom has bath and shower over. There is a slight damp patch behind the toilet, we are waiting to get permission from Planning to do the repair (Grade 2 rules). A comfortable double bedroom with side tables, built in wardrobes. Guest access There is a key safe on site so check in is flexible. Early check-in is dependent on cleaning required. Very early check-in may have an extra fee. You can drop bags to our store room onsite at any time by arrangement. And leave bags on check out day. Other things to note There is a Ring camera in the driveway. It looks toward the property, not your window ( high above) we sell parking and monitor the drive. If you require parking, you can book our drive spaces on Just Park app. There is a damp patch on the wall behind the toilet. We are waiting for planning permission to fix the roof. This building can appear a little tired in places. We do invest in professional cleaners & linen services. But it’s not a hotel grade property.
